Character Race

The only stipulation on character race is to choose no monster from the Monster Manual. All the normal races are fine to use (human, elf, half-elf, dwarf, etc.). Any race from the PHB 2 is also acceptable.

Class

Any class within the PHB and PHB 2 are acceptable.

Paragon Paths and Epic Destinys

If we ever get that far, anything goes as long as prerequisites are met. If you pick a path or destiny from some published work, I reserve the right to evaluate it.

Ability Scores

Ability scores should use the point-buy system or standard arrays. Rolling for stats is the old way and this is 2009.
